BNWASの性能要件は、IMO Resolution MSC.128(75)を満足する型式承認された機種であること
2011年7月1日前に搭載されたBNWASは、メーカーによるIMO Resolution MSC.128(75)を満足する機種であることを証明する宣言書が必要です。完全にMSC.128(75)を満足できない機種では、旗国からの免除が必要です。
