Flag administration’s incentives for GHG emission reduction

For reduction of GHG emissions from international shipping, several flag administrations offer incentives (discount on registration fees, annual tonnage taxes, etc.) for eco-friendly ships.

For more details on each requirement and the applicable incentive, please be sure to refer to the latest circulars/notices issued by the flag administrations. Please note that this page does not cover all incentive schemes and is not intended to encourage registration under any particular flag.
