Please be informed that the various application forms to be submitted to the Society at the time application is made to have a ship entered onto the ClassNK register have been integrated into two type of forms as per attached. You are kindly invited to begin using the new forms from 1 April 2001.

Attached please find "How to fill in the forms of APPLICATION FOR CLASSIFICATION AND STATUTORY SERVICES" and a sample of form of Information on change of the items specified in the APPLICATION FOR CLASSIFICATION AND STATUTORY SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION.
