ClassNK Customer Hub - Ship in Service -
ClassNK Customer Hub - Ship in Service - is a web portal service that can be conveniently used by shipowners and management companies.
					In addition to the existing functions of NK-SHIPS, it aims to establish a superior connection between shipowners, management companies and ClassNK through a seamless electric application as well as function as a hub for other systems (Our web service and other external ship management software).
					The seamless electronic application function has been released on 30 October2025. Through the ClassNK Customer Hub - Ship in Service -, our customers can easily submit electronic applications while checking Certificate/Status information online. Applications can also be viewed, edited, or canceled after submission. Each application is accompanied by one of the following statuses:
				
- Applied : Under review for acceptance
 - Registered : Application successfully accepted
 - Assigned : Surveyor / Auditor has been designated
 - Serviced : Requested service has been completed
 - Completed : Administrative processing is underway
 
					Functionality will gradually expand in different phases to provide a greater service for our customers.

				How to start
					For customers using our “NK-SHIPS” service, this system will also be available from the “ClassNK Customer Hub - Ship in Service -” link displayed after logging into the “Web Service Portal” by using the USER ID and password for “NK-SHIPS”.
