In relation to ballast water management, we would advise you that Department of Maritime Affairs & Land Transport of the State of QATAR has announced the following requirements.

Approval of the “Ballast Water Management Plan” shall be in accordance with Resolution MEPC.127(53) – Guidelines For Ballast Water Management And Development of Ballast Water Management Plans (G4).

Please note above requirement in case of preparation of Ballast Water management Plan for Qatari flag vessels.
