Application for Extension or Exemption to the International Convention for Bahamas Flag Ships
As instructed by the BMA INFORMATION BULLETIN No. 8 as attached, application for extension or exemption to the International Convention for the ships flying Bahamian flag should in the first instance be addressed to ClassNK.
In case where the ship owner, ship manager or ship master requests any extension or exemption with a legitimate grounds, please contact the Department in charge as below.
