The Singapore Government has notified the Society of servicing of inflatable liferafts on board Singapore-registered ships, which are produced as follows:

In Singapore, inflatable liferafts should be serviced at any service stations approved by the Administration. A list of approved liferaft service stations and the types of liferafts they are authorised to service is posted on the Administration's web site at: www.mpa.gov.sg/homepage/other-notices.html.

For servicing of liferafts outside Singapore, enquiry should be made from the manufacture of the liferaft or the local maritime Administration, on the name of the approved servicing station at the ship's scheduled port of call and the liferafts should be serviced at one of them.
