Regarding LRIT conformance test, Liberia Maritime Authority published Marine Notice ISP-003 Rev.07/24.
A summary of Marine Notice ISP-003 Rev.07/24 is as below.

1. Commencing 1 January 2024, all Conformance Test Reports will be issued with validity not exceeding twelve (12) months from the conformance test completion date.

2. As of 1 April 2024, the Annual conformance test shall be conducted annually based on the anniversary date of the last conformance test, including LRIT with a Conformance Test Report issued on or before 31 December 2023.

3. The due date of the first Annual conformance test is based on the date of the latest conformance test, regardless of the year conducted.

ClassNK surveyors will confirm that the Conformance Test Report is still valid at SE annual, periodical, and renewal surveys.
