The Marshall Islands Flag Administration has notified of the Marine Notice No. 2-013-6 for proper implementation of the Condition Assessment Scheme (CAS) by providing guidance and instruction, as attached hereto.

The attached Marine Notice is in line with the amendments to regulation 13G and the new regulation 13H (Res. MEPC. 111(50)) and the amendments to CAS (Res. MEPC. 112(50)) of MARPOL 73/78 Annex I.
