As the Condition Evaluation report is a crucial document for ESP ship, especially for the vetting of oil tankers by Oil Majors, these days the classification societies are requested to ensure the Report is duly kept on board. Therefore this Society has prepared the File exclusively used for Condition Evaluation report (Green File) and Executive Hull Summary.

The Condition Evaluation Report and Executive Hull Summary will be delivered to the owner as following procedure;
1. The Condition Evaluation Reports are verified and the Executive Hull Summary is prepared by our Head Office after the Special Survey was completed.
Note: In many cases, the Special Survey is divided into commencement, incomplete and complete. In this case, the Condition Evaluation reports are issued at commencement, incomplete and complete. Therefore, the executive Hull Summary is newly prepared.
2. Two sets (for the ship's file and owner's file) of the above Executive Hull Summary and Condition Evaluation Reports with thickness measurement reports, including the reports which were issued at Special Survey (commence) and Special Survey (incomplete), are dispatched to the owner from Information Center, Head Office.
3. When the first Executive Hull Summary is issued, a Green File with the Executive Hull Summary and Condition Evaluation Reports for ship's file is delivered to the owner from our Head Office.
