Revised Requirements for Radio Personnel for Kuwait Flag GMDSS ships.
The requirements of the Kuwait Government for radio personnel on board its flag GMDSS ships are given in NK Technical Information No. 169 of 20 October 1995.
The Kuwait Government has notified this Society of its revision to these requirements which is reproduced below for your information and necessary arrangements.

Revised Requirements for Radio Personnel on Board Kuwait Flag GMDSS Ships
One Radio Electronic Certificate (REC) holder, or
Two General Operator's Certificate (GOC) holders of which one should be a Junior Deck Officer
