Japan Coast Guard (J.C.G) has informed that additional ship security information to be reported before arrival to Japanese Port accompanying the enforcement of partly amendments to Japanese national regulation for the Security of International Ships and Port Facilities, as follows.
From July 16th 2018, please note that it will be target all ships for which come / intend to enter Japanese Ports directly from foreign ports.
