With reference to the test standards, etc. established in International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code on cargo ships flying UK (MCA) Flag, UK Government has notified ClassNK of Marine Guidance Note as below.

The following circular about implementation of amendment to Sections 4 and 8 (MSC.1/Circ.1452) is required to be followed as soon as practicable. And, the following circulars, guidelines for the submission of information for the cargoes not listed in the IMSBC Code (MSC.1/Circ.1453), guidelines for developing and approving procedures for solid bulk cargoes which may liquefy (MSC.1/Circ.1454) and implementation of draft amendments about the carriage and testing of IRON ORE FINES (DSC.1/Circ.71), are required to be followed as soon as possible.
