Cold Chain Logistics Services Certification
Type and Overview of Certification for Cold Chain Logistics Services Standards
ClassNK (hereinafter called as “the Society”) provides the certification for cold chain logistics services to the following three standards.

Overview of the Certification Procedures for Cold Chain Logistics Services Standards
In order to decide that the cold chain logistics services provided by clients (logistics service provider,etc)are in confirmed with the requirements of the respective standards, the auditor conduct document audit and on-site audit. When there is no nonconformity is found through the above certification audit, the Society registers in the register book and issue the certificate.
The details of the certification service, from application for audit to issuance of certificate are provided in " Regulations for Technical Services " and in "Guidelines" of thease standards attached below. The Society will conduct the certification in accordance with the regulation and the Guidelines.

Audits by Experienced Auditors with Specialized Knowledge
The Society appoint an auditor with ISO auditor qualifications or individuals with equivalent knowledge and experience as team leader, and auditors with expertise in the field of logistics are assigned as team members. The Society form a team that is able to implement a certification audit appropriate for this standard.
Processes for Handling Complaints and Appeals
Complaints and Appeals to the Society concerning the certification for cold chain logistics services are handled in accordance with the Society's "Regulations for Technical Services ".
Register Book for Cold Chain Logistics Services Certification
Information about organizations which are approved for registration of cold chain logistics services certification can be confirmed by JSA-S1004 : 2020 Cold chain logistics services Register Book" and "ISO 31512 : 2024 Cold chain logistics services Register Book" as below.
