[Announcement] Renewal of Web Service Portal

Important Notice Regarding Change of Log-in ID

Regarding the change of log-in system for our services and renewal of the Web Service Portal, we regret to inform you that the release originally scheduled for Sunday, September 28, 2025, will be postponed. This decision was made in order to implement improvements that enhance user convenience and introduce safeguards to prevent operational errors.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who had already completed the pre-registration of email addresses. The new release is planned for the year 2026. We will update latest information once the detailed schedule is confirmed.

  • Services such as "NK-SHIPS" and "NK-PASS" will remain accessible using your current log-in ID.
  • The log-in for "MyPage", which contains technical rules and guidance, will not be affected.
  • If you have already completed pre-registration of your email address, your registration will remain valid for the postponed release. No re-registration is required.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the CCH Portal Account Helpdesk.

The log-in system for Web Service Portal will be changed

Starting 2026, the log-in system for Web Service Portal will shift from organization-based to individual email-based.
Prior to this change, we will open a pre-registration site for Web Service Portal users to register email addresses.
Please be aware that you may not be able to log-in our services after the log-in system will be changed if you have not completed your pre-registration.

Request for Pre-registration of Email Address

  • To ensure a smooth transition to the new log-in system, please pre-register your email address.
  • Please pre-register on the pre-registration site after log-in to Web Service Portal.
  • Pre-registration period: June 15, 2025 – The closing date is to be determined.

To access the email address pre-registration site, please click the "Register" button after logging-in to ClassNK Customer Hub(Web Service Portal)

New Log-in System

  • Log-in ID will be individual accounts for each person. (Currently per organization / company.)
  • Enable to access multiple services of Web Service Portal with a single log-in, without needing separate log-in for each service.
  • Current organizational information and service usage history will be retained, allowing continued use of services without reconfiguration.

Account type permission

In the new log-in system, user permissions on the Customer Hub will be categorized into three types: 'Administrator', 'Normal User', and 'Visitor User'.
