ClassNK CHEMISYS is an online service for checking whether chemical tanker satisfies loading requirements of each chemical product. CHEMISYS consists of two website, “for Designer” website for ship designers and “Ship in Service” website for ship owner and ship management company.
In CHEMISYS -for Designer-, main functions are as follows.
- Function for specification study and confirming loadable cargoes in chemical tanker
- Function to create documents (Operation Manual and P&A Manual) and to download them
- Function to check difference from the past requirements when IBC Code is amended
- Function to submit design ship data to NK
In CHEMISYS -Ship in Service -, main functions are as follows.
- Function to search chemical products in Certificate of Fitness (COF) of your fleet
- Function to check additional requirements for unlodable chemical products
- Function to check chemical products to be excluded from COFwhen IBC Code is amended
- Function to apply issuance of temporary fitness certificate and to download them
After logging into the “Web Service Portal”, “-for Designer-” site will be available for NK-PASS user by NK-PASS USER ID and PASSOWRD. Also, “-Ship in Service-” site will be available for NK-SHIPS user by NK-SHIPS USER ID and PASSWORD. No additional application for CHEMISYS is necessary.
