Please be advised that the Guidelines for Liquefied Gas Carriers Hull Structures –Independent Spherical Tanks of Type B - are now available. The Guidelines were developed based on the knowledge gained through the development of rules and guidelines related to the structural strength of tankers, bulk carriers and container carriers , and also incorporate the results of ClassNK’s most recent research and development projects.

The two components of the Guidelines for Liquefied Gas Carriers Hull Structures – Independent Spherical Tanks of Type B - are as follows:
- Guidelines for Direct Strength Analysis; and
- Guidelines for Fatigue Strength Assessment.
